No one apolgized to me. I called several times and got the same answer, "He'll be there." Then, I was charged @ $1000 for a repair that took 2 hours and fifteen minutes for the repair which included a $45 part. I was robbed!! I should get a discount but probably won't since the company seems all about the money and not customer service and satisfaction. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the technician was very good and had nothing to do with the problems.

Install new kitchen sink faucet (gooseneck) chrome Kohler. Sold bio clean for preventative measures. Also repair visible 1/2” copper line burst due to freezing weather. Install new faucet, sold bio clean and repair (2)1/2” copper water lines in garage.
Restored hot water to condo unit by diagnosing no hot water issue to a disconnected electrical junction box connected to hot water containment system after reconnecting junction box fuse and restoring power to the hot water heater waited approximately one hour to a sure hot water was restored to the unit everything is working good at this time .............

Tech rebuild the water closet (toilet) in the master bathroom. Replaced fill valve, flapper and supply line. The water closet is not running and there are no leaks.
Installed new dishwasher supplied by customer.
Disconnected dishwasher for removal. Plugged G/D so the customer can use sink. W\C was working fine upon arrival.
Come today with new thermostat from factory .. and call technical support spend 15 minutes on the phone .. i follow his instructions we found out everything is fine. Wiring is correct . And element are good /thermostat. Power coming is 208v. Element reads 19A top and Botton. Nothing is wrong. I left the setting to 137 degree temperature... IF CUSTUMER CALL AGAIN . PLS SEND SENIOR TECHNICIAN.
Trap leaking and light fixture not working at all. Replace broken p-trap under laundry sink. Also replace pull string light fixture in same room.
Repaired gas line 3/4 and installed valve and connected gas stove
Removed and replaced copper water line above water heater and in floor joists on hot side Installed new valves on hot and cold side for downstairs bathroom Also installed new valve on hot side of water heater temp till they get new heater in. Customer installed new flow tech scale removal system
Bill H. I ran the cable about 45 feet down the line. Stoppage is clear. No warranty, we cannot control what goes down the drain. I also replaced the trap because it was leaking. One year warranty.
I installed two new thermostats to the water heater. Everything is working properly at this time.
Installed new moen cartridge in shower and also replaced handle with mon handle
